S10 Entertainment and Avex USA Publishing have emerged as dominant forces in mainstream radio, securing three of the top 20 positions on Mediabase’s year-end Top 40 chart. The achievement marks a strong finish to 2024, a year defined by strategic partnerships and roster expansion for Brandon Silverstein’s entertainment venture.
Year-End Charts Reflect Publishing Division’s Impact
Leading the company’s radio success is Tate McRae’s “Greedy,” which claims the top spot on Mediabase’s year-end Top 40 chart. The track, produced by S10 publishing client Jasper Harris, is joined by Doja Cat’s “Agora Hills” at #5, produced by Gent!, and Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby” at #16, with production by Kavi. Each song achieved additional success on Spotify’s Global Chart, where all three reached #1 during their respective runs.
The publishing division’s influence extends beyond these hits, with writer Kosa contributing to Rvssian’s “Santa,” which peaked at #12 on Spotify’s Global Chart. These achievements follow S10’s May 2024 deal with Avex USA, which expanded an already successful publishing partnership between the companies.
Management Division Sees Global Growth
While the publishing arm dominated radio, S10’s management division marked significant expansion in 2024. Following the high-profile signing of Grammy-nominated rapper Big Sean, the division has continued to demonstrate its global reach through the success of Latin star Myke Towers. Towers’ latest single “Degeneré,” featuring Benny Blanco, has broken into the Top 20 on Spotify’s Global Chart, building on momentum from his earlier 2024 release “Adivino” with Bad Bunny, which topped the same chart.
“Closing the year with the #1 song on Mediabase’s Top 40 radio chart, as well as the #5 and #16 songs, reflects the incredible talent and dedication of our team and the strong partnership we’ve built with Avex,” Brandon Silverstein says, addressing the year-end results. “Our producers and songwriters, like Jasper Harris, Gent!, and Kavi, have delivered groundbreaking success that inspires us every day.”
The sentiment is echoed by Avex USA CEO Naoki Osada: “We’ve been extremely excited to witness the great successes of the amazing creatives we support together. We feel nothing but profound respect for their precious talent and hard work. We truly believe the chemistry between our two companies is unique and holds tremendous potential for the future.”
Operating from dual headquarters in Los Angeles and New York, S10 has strengthened its position through strategic partnerships with industry figures including JAY-Z, Ryan Tedder, Max Matsuura, and Simon Fuller. As the company enters 2025, these year-end chart positions reflect both its growing influence in mainstream radio and its successful integration of publishing and management operations.
